Tiger Woods' alleged mistress, Rachel Uchitel, is reported to have offered to take a polygraph test to help prove that she has not had an affair with the golfing legend.
Reportedly having left New York City for the time being and rumored to be staying in the Los Angeles area, Rachel Uchitel is claiming that the explosive National Enquirer report that details her alleged affair with Tiger Woods' is false. While both Rachel Uchitel and Tiger Woods acknowledge that they have met before in a New York City nightclub, Rachel Uchitel has thus far flatly denied that she is Tiger Woods' mistress, and would have no issue with taking and passing a polygraph test.
That Rachel Uchitel has reportedly offered to take a polygraph test is interesting as the Enquirer has reportedly asked all of its sources on the Tiger Woods' affair story to do the same; the Enquirer claims that all of its sources passed the polygraph tests.
When the story is published, Rachel Uchitel, who has reportedly retained the services of famed celebrity attorney Gloria Allerd, will certainly face even more scrutiny than she has received thus far. If she remains steadfast that she is not Tiger Woods' mistress, it would seem logical that both Rachel Uchitel and Tiger Woods would pursue legal action against the National Enquirer.
While the National Enquirer still holds onto a less than stellar reputation, the fact is that the paper, particularly in recent years, has been extremely careful to vet its sources and often times use polygraph tests to ensure that it is not sued by celebrities. Surely before printing this affair claim, the National Enquirer realizes that Tiger Woods has almost infinite resources to go after the paper in court if he knows that Rachel Uchitel has never been his mistress.

Woods met Florida's legal requirement by providing police with his driver's license, car registration and proof of insurance, and is not obliged to volunteer medical records, video from home security cameras or anything else investigators might want, prominent Florida lawyer Roy Black said.
"Any lawyer with a brain in their head is not going to allow him to talk to the police because nothing good can come of talking to the police," said Black, who defended William Kennedy Smith, a member of America's Kennedy clan, against a rape charge, and radio host Rush Limbaugh in a drug fraud case.
Woods said in a written statement on Sunday that the accident was his fault and was "obviously embarrassing to my family and me." He called irresponsible the "many false, unfounded and malicious rumors that are currently circulating about my family and me."

The Florida Highway Patrol said it had not made any comments on Woods' medical information, an apparent reference to a published report that investigators were seeking a search warrant for the hospital where the golfer was treated to obtain his medical records.

I’m beginning to think she lied to her friends and made up the whole affair to them and now Tiger’s people are threatening to sue her for that. That would explain why they pass the polygraph tests. She already has been proven to be a liar about an affair with David Boreanaz.
If I told you I was having an affair with Tiger and faked some text messages and you were given a lie detector test you would pass.
And with the police always looking for a charge to put on someone (Hey! It's their job... LOL...), the best advice that you or I or anyone can get is to never ever talk to the police under any circumstances, anywhere at anytime...
Talking to the Police by Professor James Duane
Professor James Duanes now famous 5th Amendment lecture - popularly known as Dont talk to the police! - has amassed a considerable internet following. The lecture, given as part of Regent Law Schools spring preview weekend.

"If we're unable to meet with him, we'll move on with our investigation," Montes said. But she called the delays "very unusual, because it's such a minor accident."
Now, if the police are saying that this kind of delay is very unusual for "such a minor accident" -- then by inference and conclusion, I would say that the "charges" could only be "minor" too.... LOL...
Translation: “Tiger, you better hurry up and send me a few million bucks, or else I really will take a polygraph and we both know I’ll flunk it big time. XO, Rachel”
I’d rather see Al Gore hooked up.
Good for Tiger....those girls look like some of those I viewed at closing time years ago.....although I hate to admit it.... they looked nothing like that the next morning!
According to Star magazine, the actor was carrying on an affair for months with Rachel Uchitel, even while wife Jaime Bergman was pregnant! She gave birth to daughter Bardot six weeks ago.
Uchitel reportedly ended the relationship two weeks later; which must have been difficult to do because sources say things were hot and very heavy between her and Boreanaz.
David would walk in the door, and theyd have sex right away, said an anonymous insider somehow privy to this information. He told her, Every time I have sex with you is like the first time.
The tabloid claims that Boreanaz was texting his girlfriend while wife Jaime was giving birth on August 31! He was on the phone with Rachel, giving updates, said a source, who added that even Uchitel was turned off by this behavior. That grossed [Rachel] out, because she felt that should have been private. We'd have to agree. Seriously. One must draw the line somewhere. http://www.thehollywoodgossip.com/2009/10/rachel-uchitel-bones-david-boreanaz/
BTW, if he no longer wants his wife I'm available.
(IMO) Neither one would probably give him the time of day if he weren’t rich and famous.
Your photo likely shows one of the few times her legs were ever together.
Damn.. beat me to it!
