Sorry. No Bingo.

Reporters did not kill Dianna and her boyfriend.

Try again.

You’re right. Reporters didn’t kill Diana, but they certainly did contribute to the accident that took her life.

It was the reporters and photographers in chase that created a chase condition in the first place. The faster the limo driver went the faster the chase became, including photographers on the back of motorcycles trying to get pictures of the couple in the back seat of the car. By the time this all happened, Diana had for the most part, become a non-story (except to gays and people without lives). If the reporters had just left her alone she would still be alive today and probably divorced again. Who cares?

In the current situation, the media hasn't got their pound of flesh out of Tiger and his family yet. They have been sitting outside of Windermere for almost a month, 24/7 waiting for anything to happen. On days when nothing happens, the reporters having been writing speculative stories for suckers like us who react to anything they throw our way like it's solid facts. By now, they are starving for a real story. If Elin and her moving crew tried to leave without an escort, there is no telling what could happen to her, the kids or their belongings.
