Maybe Miley has been lip synching for awards shows, etc. Maybe she doesn’t usually sing live. If she does, she shouldn’t do slow songs like that. Slow songs are much harder to sing than peppy ones unless your’re Celine Dionne and I don’t like Celine’s voice either - she bleats like a loud goat with a Canadian accent.
