It is still about 45 degrees here. Up north of us, it is or was snowing this a.m. The wind is keeping the temps down.

Your pot roast sounds wonderful. We had a late “full” breakfast, mostly protien. Tonight it’s fruit and cheese, oh I found a pate’ the other day and we’re going to try that too.
