I wonder if they’ll investigate Dodge’s lumbar supports. Mine went out while still under warranty. They refused to repair it because it was a “pump,” which isn’t covered and not a “motor” which would be covered. When I asked what ran the “pump” they just referred me to a letter they had from the manufacturer.
