A buddy of mine went to Costa Rica for the first time earlier this month on vacation and loved it. Said there are a lot of Americans down there, and the locals are very friendly. Convinced me to go check it out for myself.
But to live permanently? Doubt it.
One of our good friends just left last week. He already has a business down there, closed on his house here last week and is out of here. He loves it there.
