Yes, Pamela Sue Martin surely was. She was hotter in “The Poseidon Adventure” from a decade earlier. For some reason, Julie Berman, who plays Lulu Spencer on “General Hospital”, vaguely reminds me of a blonde version of Pamela Sue.
“Faggotry.” Can you imagine any character on a tv show saying something like that today ? I read George Peppard was supposed to play Blake initially but walked off. I’m rather glad he did, since Forsythe was better suited for the role. Peppard would never have done “The A Team” if he had remained on “Dynasty.”
It’s hard to picture Peppard in the role. I think they canned him when he wouldn’t stop complaining.
It’s too bad they “softened” Blake. He had a harder edge the first couple of seasons. Later season Blake consoled his son when his gay lover was killed.
I loved her little speech there. After I saw that ep for the first time I think I dreamed about her that night. ;d
