Why is he suing in Federal court? Wouldn't the legal system of the Washitaw Empire be have jurisdiction and be responsible for enforcing any judgment? :-) They ought lock up people who file such frivolous lawsuits, for fraud.

Nida of causing him financial distress and violating his rights. He also accuses the city of copyright infringement for using his name on the ticket.
