Sure it is, Sigourney! It's the Democrats who are pushing to take over whole industries in order to make sure they're run in a 'green' way. It doesn't matter to the Dems whether or not that is GOOD for the company, or will cause the company to go out of business. It's not the Dems' concern about that.
The Dems also say they're for 'clean' energy, yet throw up roadblocks every single time against nuclear power plants, which are the cleanest energy on the planet, outside of the environmentalist approved methods of solar and wind. So it's clear the Dems like clean energy, except when it doesn't fit their own myopic idea of that concept.

You could discover the ideal energy source tomorrow that has zero toxic side effects and allows you to travel from your home to Alpha Centauri at 0.5 worp w/o harming any kind of organism ....carbon based or otherwise .... they’d still want to regulate it since it gives you freedom to do whatever you want outside of their plans for you.
That has got to be the MOST frustrating thing about this whole issue. Those numbnuts could care less about the Amazon ... they want the control, nothing more.
