Vanity: It's "Martial Law", NOT "Marshall Law"

This is a Public Courtesy Announcement.
Yes, Martial Law might well involve Marshalls, but the root of it is from Mars, the God of War, in other words "Martial Law".

Thank you (it drives me crazy too). Believe it stems from confusion over the Marshall plan enacted after WWII to rebuild Europe.

When someone would ask me about my typing speed, I always said I type 75 mistakes a minute. I told one of my bosses that I could type fast or accurately — but not both.
These days I type slowly and my accuracy — well....

There is no such word as "Irregardless", it's "Regardless" or "Irrespective".
Realtor is not pronounce "reel-i-tor"
