1) Get an attorney
2) Work with attorney to have the threatening child expelled & criminal charges against the parents - both your child and the other received a death threat. Public schools in our area must act on all threatening behavior, post Columbine.
3) Work w/ attorney to go public - Shame these people. Might bring other stories to the surface- how many other kids did this child mouth off to? Maybe Daddy’s practice will shrink as Gentiles and Jews avoid him and his services.
4) Be prepared for a sh*tstorm of massive proportions.
5) Recall the Niemöller poem if the urge to back away arises.
6) If you do little or nothing, you’ve validated your status of dhimmitude.
So the Dad is a pediatrician? Makes me wonder if he does not practice some FGM on the side?
Wonder just what would be revealed with a thorough investigation of this family.
OK, met with head of school and head of lower school, the police, and talked with CPS.
1. The jihadi girl’s family have agreed to withdraw her (and her brothers from school), as of today. The school was more than a little concerned.
2. My wife (doctor, albeit a junior one), went and talked with the head of the hospital about this guy. He was interested, but non-commital.
3. Police were useless. They took a statement, acted bored. Talked to a supervisor. City policy is to not involve in children disputes unless a weapon is used or there is injury (neither occurred).
4. CPS was more useful. (Thanks to all the tips in this regard.) I suggested that they might have a violent home for her to know this. They won’t say what they intend to do, but a file was opened, and she seemed pretty concerned.
5. The other family completely crumbled. They didn’t want to be involved. Last I saw, the father was yelling at the mother for blabbing.
6. I talked with several people whom I know use this doctor. (He is a very good doctor.) I strongly expect he will lose business.
7. I asked for an apology from the family (through the school), and this was apparently denied. The doctor is playing it off like I am a hysterical Joooo (as I presumed he would) and a prick for chasing his little darling off from the school. I am not going to push that issue.
So that’s it, so far.
We are now going to eat pizza and drink wine.
