Even if this happened, I wouldn't - of course - call the cops. But I would certainly file a written complaint with the school.

You have to report this. Someone in the family is breading this hate. The only way to stop it is to expose it. Today it is a shove and a threat. What will it be in ten years if the hate is allowed to fester unchecked?
No physician who teaches his little children to hate like that ought to be working in our country.
Contact his employer or his medical group, and organize a patient boycott.
