I do believe that...I notice some of his interviews and he looks drugged up or something at times...it is scary!!!
I sometimes see the druggy look too. Other times I see the ‘hammered dammit I drank WAY too much last night’ look. Neither one is good.
Maybe he took the Republicans advice and now is on 10 mg of valium one hour before meetings
