Something to remember is, it's not the arrest, it's the disposition of the conviction that matters. You have the court papers that spell out the final finding of the court, correct? Now get a copy of your driving record and see where it now stands. You may not have any drama to worry about.

Employment applications usually ask if you have been arrested, then specifics are asked about the circumstances and disposition.
