Most other days can be defined by hump day. Tuesday is the day before hump day. Thursday is one day after hump day. Except Friday is WOOOH!!! FREEDOM!!! Day, Saturday is Mostly Hungover day, and Sunday is PreDoom day.

While Wednesday is Hump Day for woring people, it is actually the start of the week for college students as shown in this example schedule:
Wednesday - Go to class
Thursday - Leave class early to make beer run, drink
Friday - Skip class, drink
Saturday - Drink
Sunday - Does not exist, passed out
Monday - Hungover, sleep all day
Tuesday - Go to class
What you say brings to mind the old Fats Domino song, "Saturday morning, Saturday morning, my troubles all melt away, cause tonight is my time to play". Sunday was the hang over day:)
