lysie, saw chicken hawk tring to get one of the ‘girls’ yesterday, the kids got to running at it and the chicken was dropped. It will be back for sure.

Toby, your chicken hawk story reminded of something I’ve been meaning to tell y’all.
The other day I finally saw someone texting as they drove down the freeway. She (it had to be woman, didn’t it?) was driving in the slow lane, with her left arm on the top of the wheel, her left hand holding the phone and her right hand holding a little pick like thing that she was hitting the keyboard with. AND, of course, she was not watching the road.
I kept wondering how people could text and drive - now I know.
