If those prolific peaches of yours are white flesh Alberta’s they have to be wonderfully sweet and juicy.

You could make pies with them - just freeze your filling in pie pans and once it’s frozen, remove it from the pie pan and store the filling however you choose. When you want a peach pie, just make the crust, stick the filling in, put a ladder or full crust on top and bake it. YUM!

Next year we’re puttung tule aroung the lower branches and capturing as many of the peaches as we can, providing they are as prolific as they’ve been this year. They have been wonderful. I’ll do as you suggest, for Roomey and our Texas friends. I love fresh peaches, and bellinis, but cooked...they just don’t taste the same.
