Sarah Palin Wants Levi Johnston To Disappear

Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston shocked the world when they announced they were engaged again. The on-again, off-again couple seemed happy despite Sarah Palin's obvious disapproval of their reunion. It's no surprise considering her future son-in-law has betrayed and bad-mouthed the Palin clan on numerous occasions. According to a Palin insider, Sarah has already threatened him if he ever messes with her family again.

"Levi did everything he could to destroy Sarah and her family. He has accused Sarah of being a bad mother, a bad wife and a bad leader. How can he walk back into their life like nothing happened? He should think again," a Palin insider tells me. "He may have won Bristol back, but he will never gain the trust of Sarah. She doesn't forgive and forget."

Sources tell me that the 2008 Republican vice-presidential nominee is furious about her daughter's decision and thinks Bristol is making the biggest mistake of her life -- despite the fact that she and Todd eloped in 1988 without telling their parents. Levi Johnston and Bristol Palin

But it was ultimately Sarah who played grandma and comforted Bristol during her toughest times, while Johnston soaked up his fifteen minutes of fame by posing for Playgirl and hanging out with comedienne Kathy Griffin.

But it all comes back to politics. A Republican insider tells me Sarah is worried that her loose-lipped son-in-law will continue to ruin her political career and the public's perception of the Palin family.

"You can't control who your kids fall in love with, but Sarah wants this kid to go away. However, that doesn't look like it going to happen," the insider admits.

"So for the time being, Sarah is doing everything she can to protect her daughter and herself. And trust me, Levi has been warned. This isn't the sort of family you want to mess with twice."

They could be trying to cover all this up, but they deal with it right out there in the real world like real people.

Then why are you angry with nmh for talking about it?

Which would be the best thing. If Bristol isn’t going to learn, she can’t be allowed to drag the family down.

I’m angry at what I see as his holier-than-thou attitude and his smart-alecky judgmentalism. God Himself allows His children to make their own decisions AND mistakes. Does that make Him less God? It’s a fallacy that “perfect” parenting produces perfect childen. Questioning Sarah’s fitness to be president because of the bad decision of her daughter is what I have a problem with - that and his general attitude. I do have a right to disagree with him, you know!

LOL

I did not say you had no right to disagree with him/her. I only asked if Palin has put everything out in the open as you stated, then why are you angry when nmh discusses it.

I think you answered my question at the beginning of your post.

I read the story, and then I read the comments.

I am still asking myself, “Why is this my business?”

Oh, that’s right. Its not.

That should state “It wouldn’t surprise me if dem’s journalists paid him to infiltrate”.

I sounded like a journalist in the original post.

“Lovely relationship between Bristol and Sarah ... if she can’t raise her family well, imagine what she’ll do for you as President. After all, Bristol got pregnant when she was a MINOR. Parents are responsible for their kids when they are MINORS.”

From what I hear, teenage children have a reputation for being rebellious-that is, not always following their parent’s’ advice. A fellow FReeper (I don’t remember who) said that when you raise teenage kids, you do your best to teach them what you know to be right and best-and then pray that they choose to follow your advice. Blaming Sarah for something that someone else (in this case, Bristol) sounds to me like what liberals do-namely blame people for something that other people do.

If it wasn’t for the media, things might well be different. Also, don’t you think you may be partaking of the old liberal pastime of blaming people for what others do? Sarah is responsible for only Sarah, just as Bristol is responsible for only Bristol.

Sarah is responsible for only Sarah, just as Bristol is responsible for only Bristol.

Does this apply to all parents?

Yep. Sarah’s not perfect, but I think that she probably did her best with Bristol.

What a shock, the person who posted this garbage agrees with one of the longtime PDS sickos of FR.

You know what they say,the first baby can come anytime but the second takes nine months. I’m surprised that anyone thinks that its important who Bristol Palin takes up with.

This dufus saw the money Bristol was making and he came running back. And she’s dumb enough to take him back. I know the kid needs a father and all that but this guy is a creep.

As for Sarah, I’d imagine she’d rather have some control over his butt. And I think she probably has more control over Bristol than Levi does.

Yes you do, but in your "Christian" way you tell him to "go away" Why do you get to disagree but he doesn't? Your telling him to go away is a bit different then most Palin Fanatics who resort to name calling for those who don't agree with the Palin worship, going on here.

Ron Reagan cause Ronald Reagan grief to no end, as well as Patty Davis to her mother Nancy, so much that it strained their relationship and took years to make peace years later......Reagan must have been a bad president according to your theory? IIRC Patti posed for Playboy as well....they must have raised them wrong?

I doubt any info came from a “Palin insider”.

More likely it came from a “media maker-uper”.

I am still asking myself, “Why is this my business?”

***********

Bristol and Levi made it everyone’s business, on purpose, when they announced their plans in a national publication. They WANT people to read about it, discuss it, and comment on it.

"The boy is trash. Bristol must have a cucumber for a brain. She obviously puts herself way above her family — parents, her child, etc."

Anyone who goes to a tabloid magazine to announce such plans before consulting her parents has SERIOUS issues. She is a publicity addict and will continue on this path along as she can ride on her family's fame. Her parents should seriously consider ditching their public life and focus on getting their domestic house in order. As I said before, even the Clinton's had the good sense to keep their daughter out of the public eye. If the Palins cannot do that, they should step out of the public eye themselves.

"What difference does that statement make? At least Todd and Sarah didn’t put the cart before the horse when they eloped."

They also did not rub their parents nose in it by splashing their decision all over the cover of a national magazine.
