I rented a cottage on a farm for many years. The farmer said that is what he did with most of the kittens. (Burlap sack + rock + pond). I couldn’t do it either. He said his youngest daughter thought for the longest time cats only gave birth to one kitten at a time!

There is no need to kill unwanted litters year after year unless the farmer or other animal owner is just too cheap and mean to have the female spayed.

Veternary colleges and their students should be sponsoring spaying clinics EXCEPT their graduates are more concerned with keeping the fees high.

In the long run spaying can save a lot of money and aggravation.But liberals in or out of government are more concerned with controlling people than actually helping solve any problems.
