As for the authenticity, it’s possible that it is real because it’s in England, where they have surveillance cameras all over the place.
I didn’t know you had a Podengo, but I don’t think he’ll let you tape him to a wall. ;-)

It just looks too “perfect” to me.
If it is real, I hope the camera observer at least had the decency to rescue the cat.
