You need to see a doctor that specializes in tropical diseases. They have more training with these sorts of conditions.
A friend dealt with this several years ago. Doctors, hospitals, clinics and etc were of no help other than to be insulting. I looked at the bugs under a microscope. No doubt but that they were alive.
She routinely spotlessly cleaned her entire house, throwing out much of her wardrobe, furniture and carpets. She treated the bites, mostly on her arms and shoulders with disenfectants and physical removal. She had scabs and open sores for months. She was diligent and finally defeated the buggers. Hope you find better solutions.
