Thanks for posting. With veterans day a little over a month away. Please if you know a vet especially a Vietnam vet, Thank them and welcome them home. For the Vietnam vet, you may be the first one who welcomed them home.
A veteran is someone who, at one point in his life wrote a blank check Made payable to ‘The United States of America ‘ for an amount of ‘up to and including my life.
Let us not forget.

At the Restoring Honor Rally, my friend a disabled vet(82nd airborne)was surprised at the welcome and the handshakes he got from so many. We had offers from many men to push his wheelchair and the respect he got was amazing...this was a man that got no parade on his return but many protesters calling him a killer. Those words echo in his mind daily. Restoring Honor did heal the sadness in a heart that faced untold horrors..the wonderful people of this Country gave him that!
