Two and a half years ago a fellow poster at the Texas Darling blog managed to access the files index, probably the ARDC mentioned in the article, and discovered that Michelle's file had a reference number indicating ‘insurance fraud’. Rather than lose her license she, perhaps, surrendered it voluntarily? Who knows!
As to Barak Obama, I suspect it's something along the lines of he just didn't want to be bothered with a law license, renewal, and all that. Hell — anyone seriously think this guy is going to earn a living as a lawyer? That takes effort.
I understand that both law license cases are kept secret - that is, both Obama’s are hiding the reason their law licenses were pulled.
But the MSM doesn’t care. “That” might be embarrassing .....
If I’m understanding correctly, Barack Obama’s legal career had two accomplishments:
1) he sued to get Motor Voter enforced so people would not have to have documentation in order to be registered to vote; and
2) he pushed banks to make subprime loans by threatening to sue or to hold up their ability to function because of unresolved accusations.
Both items are major planks in the Cloward-Piven (communist) Plan to destroy America - destroying our economy and electoral accountability by compromising the integrity of those critical, foundational pieces of infrastructure.
It is a fact that graduates of Haavaad Law pass the Massachusetts bar exam on their first try at a lower rate than graduates of Suffolk [Close Cover Before Striking] Law. The poor kids have to take bar exam cram courses at night over a Deli in Slummerville [Sommerville] to learn about mysterious things like "torts" and "default judgments" and all that other legal mumbo-jumbo. I dunno what they're teaching over there in Cambridge, but it sure ain't Blackstone. When the curriculum is all cluttered up with teaching social justice and left wing politics, ain't a lotta time to teach any of those piffling little lawyery things.
I believe he's been disbarred because he lied about never having gone by another name, and then they found out about his numerous identities and SS numbers.
Hell — anyone seriously think this guy is going to earn a living as a lawyer?
You know, he never actually claimed to be a lawyer, just a communisty organizer.
