She has totally changed her tune regarding politics in the latest interview discussing 24. This interview is brand new so it’s post election.
What is your take on some of the issues 24 raises, with regards to politics and torture?
“Avoidance. I like to avoid those issues! People ask, ‘Why does Jack fight so much?’ You know, nobody would watch if he was a zen master! It’s equal to what people will watch.”

This is exactly what I was talking about. When promoting 24, she acts apolitical to leaning conservative. Here is she is taking shots at the liberal critics of the show who denounce torture.
The person who gave this interview does not seem like the same person who made fun of Glenn Beck, Sarah Palin and the Tea Party on twitter. Very strange behavior. Only in Hollywood I guess.
