I’m sure she is ignorant of the fact that all nutritional value is lost once the kiddies slather HFCS and hydrogenated oil laden salad dressing on top.

What color is the sky in the world of children eating salads? Sure some kids love veggies, but many do not. When I was in high school 30 years ago, my (small) high school had a salad bar. It was very popular.
This isn't a bad thing.
