Here's a little more on the story about zero spending 75 million on the Merida Initiative for building a wall at Mexico's border.

Seems this is only part of a bigger 2.3 billion program started under GW in 07 to make sure "only the right people get through" first to Mexico and then to the US..The massive drug trade is almost certainly allowed by our side if not sponsored by our side.
Since that is most likely the case it just makes sense to decide who can cross the Mexicon border with Belieze and then ours.

The initiative was launched in 2007, and since then Congress has appropriated $2.3 billion to fund the initiative. There are “four pillars” to the program:
“disrupting the operational capacity of organized crime,”
institutionalizing reforms to sustain the rule of law and respect for human rights in Mexico,” “
creating a 21st border,”
and “building strong and resilient communities.”
And England is building a wall to stop refugees. Could you imagine an ISLAND building a large cement wall along its coast?
