CHAI as we know is the Clinton Health Access Initiative. So what can be the big scandal?

Was she talking about CHAI scheming to keeping the prices of AIDS drugs high in the US? Or is there another huge scandal that is yet uncovered?

Chelsea Clinton used the fake name Anna James in this email. She previously used another alias “Diane Reynolds” . The content also seems interesting seems something very shady that they wanted to keep very secret, very secure: 2011-11-20
