I am certain that President Ebola is hoping to spread panic with a news blitz some time after the election, maybe right away. But his respect level is too low now. That makes exploitation of panic more difficult. So please, no predictions with certainty, or it could be another Y2K fiasco, just as I warned people back in 1999.
