Let's deport the parents of anyone who qualifies for the DREAM Act immediately. By definition, the parents broke our immigration laws and are illegally benefiting by their residence here. Getting their children educated through grade 12 for free is one example.

If we arrest the parents and give them the fallowing options you’ll quickly find out how serious they are about American citizenship for their kids.
option A : your children are US citizens and will be placed into foster care , You’ll do time for illegally entering our country and be deported upon release.
option B : your children are Mexican citizens and will be returned to a family member in Mexico while you do time for illegally entering our country and be deported upon release.
after all legal issues have been resolved you can chose to become a US citizen by legitimate means. Option A will make it difficult to reunite with your children while option B will likely reunite you with your children once you returned to Mexico.
