That's the same camera I use. I'm a point and clicker, but can get some fairly good shots with my camera. I find I have better luck with it outdoors than in though.

What would you recommend for a camera that's maybe one step up from this? I'd like to get something along the same vein, but maybe just a little bit upgraded.

After i bought my camera ,they updated it more memory and better pics.... I do not have the time to deal with SLR cameras,Swampsniper will disagree me...
