To: Loyal Sedition

Who would pay? We would—folks would line up and spend their money to see one! Every zoo in the world will want one. Think of what we could learn about them? As for land—I don’t see a great many being made. Also—they taste good—we can raise them to eat! The rich will pay $1,000 each for a Mammoth steak! No, I see this as a real capitalist gain!

Why?

It will just be a hybrid long haired elephant.

What are you going to “learn about them” from an artificially created creature that has no experience of living in a natural environment, where are it’s instincts from?
It will never have learned behavior natural to it’s species from any members of it’s species.

The final product is artificial, spend the money on something more worthwhile.
