Ran in election under one name (Barack Hussein Obama), but the name is not his legal name (Barry Soetero).
What scares me is that we live in an age when its considered weird and fringy to want to know where the President was born. If he spends millions in court to hide it and Hawaii changes the law to prevent citizens from accessing it and the courts decide we have 'no standing', then you are a 'birther' if you wonder all the more.
Nope again...easy enough to explain away.
Plus if you use a fake name long enough ...in some states it can be called your legal name.
