Only two times I’ve watched was when a friend named John Dykstra won the Oscar for Star Wars (I worked on the film with him) and when Braveheart was nominated.

That, to me is the interesting stuff... the folks behind the scenes who pull it all together. They`re far more deserving than the prancing prima donnas who get all the accolades.

Star Wars was robbed of the Best Picture award. As a kid, I was devastated, and have hated awards shows ever since. I didn’t even attend my own college graduation.
