I tried to wake up for a piece of pie at 26 seconds after 1:59 AM but I slept through it. Does is still count if I have a piece at 1:59:26 PM?

To be precise, should it be celebrated at 3/14.15926 (3:49 AM) or at 15.926 hours (3:55 PM)?
