Nice pangolin. We have armadillo here; got one living under the porch whom the cat keeps company. I understand that armadillo are the only animal other than humans that can harbor the virus that causes leprosy.

There was a problem in Texas with leprosy-bearing armadillos. We don’t see them here in NC; only the occasional rabid opossum or aardvark.
I’d never heard of the pangolin until Petunia went to Singapore, but now I think it’s the perfect Undead Thread animal. Even better than penguins.
