1)Invest in medical research, clean energy, roads, airports, education, job training, do what we need to compete, win the future, blah blah blah. WITH WHAT F-ING MONEY?????????? No Change!
2) Keep national security/defense at same levels. No Change!
Saving 400 Billion dollars, from where?
Conduct fundamental review? Wha?
3) Further reduce healthcare spending....lowers govt healthcare bills by reducing healthcare itself. HOW? HOW? HOW? Reduce wasteful subsidies, reduce cost of drugs, using generics, etc...change the way healthcare is paid for - by incentives for doctors and hospitals. Slow the growth of healthcare by having doctors, nurses, hospitals, etc, review the best possible way for treatment, etc.
