The real reason Øbama released his LFBC was not because of the noise created by Donald Trump or a rowdy bunch of FReepers (although I'd like to believe we had something to do with) The real reason he released the document is because the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals will hear 20 minutes (each side)of oral arguments in the case of Wiley Drake, et al v. Barack Obama, et al on Monday, May 2, 2011 in Pasadena, CA.
The case's primary claim is that (and as many fellow FReepers have) he is ineligible because his father was a British national at the time of his birth and thus in not an NBC. So he needed to give some cover to the 9th Circuit.
I hope that's what the plaintiffs push for is getting the court to rule on what constitutes NBC status. Even if they rule wrongly the case can at least be appealed to the USSC.
You can count on the 9th Circus to do something stupid.
My hope is that they think Øbama is not liberal enough.
I hope Obama’s attorneys will submit this newest “bc” as evidence.
I have been in computer imaging for 20 years. I can read the inside of this file in binary form. I can state (under oath) that is it 100% FAKE (to be specific: not a scanned image of anything- it is a fabrication)
Very good analysis. 0bama’s newly manufactured BC only confirms that his “official” daddy was Barack Sr., a British National. Theoretically, that should only strengthen the case against him, but I think the Ninth Circuit is known to be a bunch of flaming liberals, so who knows what they could come up with.
Let`s see how fast Obummer releases his academic documentia now that Trump has sent his minions to data mine the Obummer education as of April 27, 2011.

Now they tell us, nope COLB-II is the genuine authentic for-real this time birth certificate.
My hope is that the document waved in front of the press an public yesterday is presented to the Court

If theoriginal document exists in some physical form (highly unlikely) that'd be in a salt mine somewhere. Lotsa' luck finding it.

This is not at all about a court case. The 9th circuit will never take down Barry for any reason. For the real reason just look at cnn. That’s what the soccer moms do. CNN says Barry is the victim, look at those kooky republicans, etc., etc. Zero is probably p.o.’d that those tornadoes took a lot the attention off his big BC play yesterday.

There is another possibility. He had received or perhaps Hawaii had received a subpoena to produce the document.

Are you claiming the image that was posted contains searchable text in the layers? I don’t believe that is the case.
Add the release of the Corsi book and I’ll agree 100%. It’s a tag team effort with lots of folks on the team.
My guess is that Obama did it to deflect gas price critisism. There is a graph showing a oil price spike that immediately reversed when GWB opened drilling in the Gulf. This would expose the lie that there is “nothing Obama can do” about gas prices. This came out two days ago and was going to hit yesterday’s news cycle, but the bc became the story.
If memory serves, the question is really about his mother’s time out of the US and her time in the US before 0 was born.
Persons born between 12/24/52 and 11/13/86 - Mrs. 0 is a US citizen but needed to reside in the US for at least ten years with at least five of which after age 16. She had 0 at 18 according to the data he has now released.
There’s the smoking gun. Unless someone has a court case deciding the issue in favor of the mother in similar circumstances.
