Thanks for your input. I looked it up &, according to what I read, it was The Immigration & Nationality Act. If applied solely in the context of immigration it makes sense. We will have to disagree on interpretation because I still don’t buy it in Stanley Ann’s case. However, it sounds like a practical law that might be beneficial in these times.
