I have a Sony radio I bought over 25 years ago that still works, and I bet it cost nowhere near as much as the Bose. ;-)
That’s entirely possible; however, even if my Bose stopped working today, I’d contend that I got my money’s worth and start shopping for a new one. The sound quality is superb, and I’ve had it configured in a number of different ways that over the years has probably saved my quite a few $$ in various rack stereo and entertainment center components...and that’s not even bringing up how much space it saves by virtue of its compact size.
