The process has begun again in Hartford, with the CT Whale. It was the very first 2 week “Hockey Festival” back in February that my interest in hockey again got started.
Hartford is the largest market in the US without a professional sports franchise. They supported the Whalers well before Karmanos stole the team and moved it to Carolina.
