Ditto the bananna. Plus eat eggs since they also add to mineral needs of your legg muscles.

Finally finish off your diet with this...

Once a night and multiple doses on friday and Saturday Night.

I’ve tried that, but it seems to bring them on! Still, my experiments have been a little sloppy. What I do know is that it is diet related and potassium related no doubt.
