OK, I'll be the next one to say that! I have no problem walking - me and my headset. I am active but not nearly as much as I was once. If walking is the cure, what is the cause?

No silly you I have been around since 2005 with the same name. I had terrible, super high BP numbers back then now I move and not sit and BP numbers are that this week.
