Thank you. Looking for tips / tricks on pizza stone baking. I’m reading up on the internet - have enough to give it a go, regardless.
I lack what they call a baker’s peel to form the pizza on - but, I think I can use the back of a cookie sheet.
Also, I think I will make a couple of small pies rather than one big one - with tomato sauce (mine) and cheese only
