I hardly ever wait for a red left turn arrow to turn green before I turn if there is no traffic.

Those red left turn arrows need to be taken out by a subsonic .22 bullet, along with the cameras watching for runners. They're an abomination.
Why in the hell do I have to wait for the light to run it's cycle at three AM on my way to work without a car in sight?!?!

I find it funny that I see a lot of people run the red left arrow. In fact, where I live there is a string of them and they JUST changed them all to flashing yellow left arrows. Maybe there is some sanity in government after all.
