No DNA no case,see law.

Before DNA i.e. 1980's, how did ANYONE get convicted?

I pray that no crime happens to you or your family where the DA had no DNA to prove the case.

I assume you are smart enough to know that because she was in a SWAMP for so long, the DNA wwas DESTROYED!! You awarded her mom, the KILLER, because she dumped her in a swamp.

I guess all those cases that were tried for the last couple of hundred years before DNA was used as evidence should be thrown out?

Besides she was the mother of the victim. Why wouldn’t her DNA be found?
