Leftovers. I went to the good butcher last night and the special was Prime NY Strips. I have half one of those left. I made some polenta to go with it. After I plated, I spread what was left out so I can fry it tonight.
I’ll sautee some veggies I picked up at the farmer’s market(been eating these all week), have a little cabby savvy and call it a night.
My BBQ is left over from yesterday. One Boston butt, and a bag of charcoal feeds me for a couple of days.
