Up yours, buddy. I was on one base where I volunteered to plant flowers in town. Most bases do lots of public service works in the towns where they’re located.
You sound like a frustrated draft dodger who wishes he had served but just didn’t have the guts.

Hollyweird has done a good job giving you a negative impression of the military. We are talking about a United States Marine here, not a UN "peacekeeper".
