So am I. If this is so important and such a crisis, why did it not get raised between 2007 and 2011. The Democrats had the majority in the House and Senate from Jan, 2007 until Jan, 2011. In addition, a Democrat President served with this majority until Jan, 2011. They literally crammed the health law down our throats.
Why did they ignore this until now?????????????????
It would appear they set up several Democrats seats for loss in 2010 and forced this on the Republicans. Why???????????????
To amend my previous post to you the last update supplied by (the most transparent U.S. government ever) was up to 2008 and they have not felt the need to update it yet but in 2007 Sept 27 the debt limit was raised to 9.815 trillion raised 890 bil. However the totus info says that when he took office the debt was 11 trl. According to Pravda US/MSNBC 7/08 to 10.62 tr. 10/08 to 11.32 tr. 02/09 to 12.1 tr. 12/09 to 12.4 tr. 02/10 to 14.3 tr. and the current raise to 16.7tr. The Dem controlled congress has raised it 5 times since Nov 06 and His OHness has gotten it raised 3 times at his request.
