McCain, Graham? Others?

You forgot to put an apostrophe at the end of the word "Others." The correct spelling is: other's.

The rule for apostrophe use is that every word that ends with the letter "s" must have an apostrophe.

Thanks for the spelling lesson. Now how about taking a lesson in keeping on task, watching the ball in congress, and quit nit picking miniscule, non issue distractions.

An apostrophe implies possession. As there is no apostrophe with the names, nor an “s”—I don’t understand your complaint.
