It had to be some sort of cover strategy. Snowe and Brown are on the ballot in 2012...this is one less RINO blot on their records.

There were NO CUTS in the bill! NONE!!!!! I am glad DeMint and Paul and others didn’t settle for being grouped with the RINOs!
